Eater PDX’s most current rundown of restaurant, bar and food cart openings/re-openings can be found here. Everything from the new food cart pod at The Yard at Montavilla to small plate eatery Irving Street Tapas, to the reopening of Shalom Y’all as Lil’ Shalom to the new Vietnamese Friendship Kitchen to the Smith Teamaker Cafe in NW Portland.
Numerous ChefStable Restaurant Group eateries, such as Lardo, Tasty and Lac St Jack, are now open at Lake Oswego’s Mercato Grove.
Fills Donuts is also open at Mercato Grove. In Aug, pizzeria Oven and Shaker and French restaurant, St Jack, of the same group will move their Portland operations to Lake Oswego.
Eater even maintains a running of Portland restaurants and bars checking proof of vaccination for indoor dining.
